In an interview with Teddy Long on The Wrestling Time Machine podcast with Bill Apter and Mac Davis, the former SmackDown general manager discussed Logan Paul’s potential to become a star on the WWE roster.
” If he decides he wants to fight full time , I think Logan Paul will be the next big star ,” said the Hall of Fame member when asked about his vision of the ‘youtuber’.
Note that in recent weeks, there has been speculation about the possible renewal of the contract of the Internet celebrity in WWE, something in which Logan Paul himself confirmed his interest . “I think it is unlikely (that he will definitely end WWE). I am a good employee, ”Paul confirmed before his fight at WrestleMania. Likewise, last Sunday, after his fight against Seth Rollins, the fighter mentioned his situation with the company again in a behind-the-scenes interview.
“Currently I don’t have a job because my contract ended. It’s not ideal, but right now I feel pretty good,” confirmed Paul. After the end of his one-year contract, the fighter assures that he is interested in re-signing with the company for another year. In the coming weeks it will be confirmed if the celebrity and the company have finally reached an agreement.
During his WWE career, Logan Paul has faced fighters like The Miz or Los Mysterio, he even had a world title shot against Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel 2022 in Saudi Arabia.
