The IMPACT World Tag Team Championship is on the line this Thursday when The Briscoes make their first title defense against the team they dethroned at Under Siege, Violent By Design. The Briscoes wasted no time adding this championship to their long list of accolades, but now the former champions have to take their contractual revenge.
Deonna Purrazzo, Tasha Steelz and Savannah Evans vs. Taya Valkyrie, Jordynne Grace and Mia Yim
Following Gail Kim’s announcement that Tasha Steelz will defend her title in the first Queen of the Mountain Match at Slammiversary, the Knockouts will be the stars of a big tag team match this Thursday. Steelz will team with Savannah Evans and Deonna Purrazzo to take on the AAA Queen of Queens Champion, Taya Valkyrie, Jordynne Grace and Mia Yim, who will make her return to the IMPACT ring.
Honor No More (Mike Bennett and Matt Taven) vs. The Good Brothers
The rivalry between Honor No More and the Bullet Club continues as Matt Taven and Mike Bennett battle The Good Brothers at IMPACT. For months, Taven and Bennett have been very annoying to Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson, even costing them the IMPACT World Tag Team Championship. Less than two weeks after Honor No More’s victory over the Bullet Club in Under Siege, who will prove to be the better team?
Laredo Kid vs. Mike Bailey
As Ace Austin prepares to defend his X-Division Championship in the return of the Ultimate X Match at Slammiversary, another of his challengers will be revealed when the Laredo Kid takes on Mike Bailey in a qualifying match. Last week, Kenny King defeated Chris Bey to earn a spot in the match, and now we’ll find out which of these two fighters will join him.
